CALL TO ORDER: By at 10:39 am by Casey. Present were Casey Stechnij, Jim Loughead, Craig Shelley, Scott Loughead, & Bobbi Smith, local CSA.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Jim moves to approve minutes from Jan. 11th , 20010 . Craig seconds, motion carries.
REPORTS:
1. Bobbi and Scott discuss events at AZ Nrcd conf. Met with Barbara McGuire. EM district reps were not available. Bobbi brought handout from conf. Wildcat dumping discussed.
FINANCIAL REPORT:
1. Board discussion over finances. Financials accepted for filing. Jim moves to pay Hohokam RC&D dues, Scott seconds, motion carries.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Discussion of election process. Board discussion on where to put notices, FB newsletter, and on website, and AZ NRCD, and cooperative extension offices.
2. Bobbi fills out coop agreement.
3. Scott fills out bond paperwork.
4. Discussion of Town of Gilbert wanting to restrict chicken ordinances. Sense of health community fair tomorrow. Article written in AZ wildlife news about EMNRCD. Superstition Farm hosted locavore dinner Feb. 14th. Dinner series continues ever second sat. thru June.
5. Executive session. Non Needed.
OLD BUSINESS:
1. American Stewards of Liberty. Table for another meeting.
